Stellantis recalls vehicles with malfunctioning instrument panels

Auburn Hills, MI – June 2, 2026 – Stellantis (NYSE:STLA), which owns the Dodge and Jeep brands, is recalling 20,271 vehicles whose instrument panels may go blank. The defect deprives the driver of critical information, increasing the risk of a crash and injury.

The following models are affected:

  • 2024 – 2025 Dodge Charger EV
  • 2024 – 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S

Recall summary

Due to a software error, the instrument panel in the affected vehicles may fail to show gear selection and parking brake indicators, as well as various warnings such as the low tire pressure.

Recall risks

With no warnings on the instrument cluster, the driver may not be aware of any safety issues that need to be addressed. This ups the chances of a crash and injury.

Notifications to the owners will be mailed by May 21, 2026.
