General Motors is recalling 20,712 sedans over the risk that their airbags inflators may explode and send sharp metal components through the cabin, injuring its occupants. This is an expansion of a previous recall conducted for the issue.

Mazda is recalling 12,741 2004-2006 Mazda B-Series pickup trucks whose airbags may fail to inflate during a crash. This is the third recall for the issue and is closely linked to the infamous Takata airbag recall.
