More recalls issued in response to faulty Takata air bags

Mazda recalls B-series trucks with faulty airbags

Mazda is recalling 12,741 2004-2006 Mazda B-Series pickup trucks whose airbags may fail to inflate during a crash. This is the third recall for the issue and is closely linked to the infamous Takata airbag recall.

Ford issues second recall for Ranger pickups with faulty airbags 

Ford has recalled 231,000 Ford Ranger pickups with airbags that may fail to inflate if the vehicle is involved in a crash. This recall supersedes and expands one done for the same defect in March.
